Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Be unused or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number, email confirmation, or payment receipt).
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (e.g., custom cookie cutters, stamps, or personalized items).

Opened edible products or paints.

Sale items or gift cards.

To begin the return process:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and report any issues within 7 days to hello@okbakingsupplies.com.au. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the following conditions:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, though it may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
